Job Specs
Join an established Rheumatology team consisting of 1 Physician and 2 additional APPs
Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific research
Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research
Provide education and counseling to patients and families
Clinic hours Monday – Friday 8:00‑4:30 pm
Options for a 4‑day work week

Clinical hourly pay range: $55.20‑$63.65 hr. This is a salaried position. Est. range can be impacted by experience, qualifications, and community need. Additional compensation may include bonuses or incentives based on metric achievement.

Qualifications Required Qualifications
1+ years working in Rheumatology preferred
Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
Certification by the ANCC or NCCPA
Minimum two years experience as an APP in primary care or related field preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Proficiency in EMR systems
