Lockheed Martin What You Will Be Doing Lead CAM responsible for Material Inventory control CAM responsibilities for Fort Worth site. Responsibilities and scope of work for this role include performing detail cost and schedule variance analysis and ensure root cause is defined, and corrective action is implemented in a timely manner. Prepares and distributes Material Inventory Control cost performance metrics. Validate monthly and comprehensive EAC’s for the Fort Worth MIC Allocation to ensure its accuracy to the Manufacturing Base EAC’s. Responsible for Basis Of Estimates (BOE) used for proposal and negotiations. Ensures monthly staffing plans support all budget/ETC commitments. Responsible for monitoring Fort Worth MIC Pool performance to the MIC Base, establishing FTW MIC staffing targets to ensure performance at budgeted factor. Identify, communicate and resolve MIC support labor issues to ensure Manufacturing Base departments meet their cost and schedule commitments. Business impact if not approved jeopardizes compliance with EVMS guidelines EIA-748 and could lead to auding findings, corrective action requests, loss of financial control and inaccurate project reporting.
