After-Sales Regional Manager – Pacific Northwest Ecorobotix Inc. develops AI‑based ultra‑high precision spot‑spraying technology that drastically reduces chemical usage while keeping costs competitive. The ARA tractor‑towed machine is currently deployed, and the company is scaling rapidly in the United States.

Base Pay $90,000 – $115,000 per year (base only; experience and skills will be considered).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a world‑class after‑sales support experience to dealers by providing expert technical guidance and timely solutions to complex mechanical and system‑level issues.

Provide in‑depth dealer training focused on Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting, with a particular emphasis on hands‑on mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.

Act as the go‑to technical expert for regional dealer inquiries involving mechanical system failures, performance inconsistencies, and field‑based troubleshooting.

Develop and manage long‑lasting relationships with dealers and end users.

Ensure diagnosis and technical support over diverse areas of expertise: control software, hardware, mechanics, and field applications.

Manage dealer warranty claims to uphold overall satisfaction.

Collaborate internally with other departments of Ecorobotix Inc. to ensure continuous improvement of our products, services, and workflows.

Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, service manuals, and technical bulletins focused on mechanical failure modes and field repair techniques.

Continuously learn on product evolution and troubleshooting procedures.

Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Micro‑engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or equivalent.

Six or more years of proven hands‑on experience in agricultural product support at the dealer and/or OEM level.

Clean driving record.

50%+ travel required; passport for international travel.

Spanish speaking is a plus.

Experience / Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

High degree of independence, reliability, and initiative.

Systematic, goal‑oriented working methods.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Curious and analytical mindset with strong electronics and mechanical knowledge.

Passion for environmental stewardship and green technologies.
