The
Regional Sales Manager, Pacific Northwest
will play a vital role in our National Sales team, driving growth and market penetration for Ariston Group within a specific geographic region. This individual will be a key player in expanding our brand presence and achieving sales goals for our full line of residential & commercial water heaters, including gas, electric, and heat pump technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sustainable growth, increase market share, and meet profitability targets.
Manage Manufacturer's Representatives: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Manufacturer's Reps.
Cultivate Key Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with national, regional and independent wholesale distributors, independent dealers, contractors, builders, and specifiers.
Drive Flow and Project Business: Secure day-to-day wholesale flow business and project-based opportunities.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams such as Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Customer Care.
Performance and Reporting: Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the National Sales Director.
Qualifications
5+ years of outside sales or business development experience in the water heating, hydronics, or HVAC industry.
Proven track record of managing regional distribution accounts and building down-channel relationships with contractors.
Strong sales acumen and ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
Location & Travel This is a remote position that reports directly to the National Sales Director.
