Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager Our client, a global leader in filtration and laboratory safety technology, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to lead dealer and partner development, expand customer reach, and directly contribute to revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in technical product sales who thrives in building relationships and creating market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a network of independent dealers and partners to achieve sales goals.

Provide training to dealers and partners on existing and new products, including field ride‑alongs and sales support.

Conduct regular development meetings with dealers and partners, and participate in sales conferences and training programs.

Develop and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with internal teams to align goals and ensure success.

Cultivate new opportunities and drive direct sales to end‑users.

Report sales activities and pipeline updates regularly using CRM tools.

Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new verticals and applications for product adoption.

Manage sales through distribution channels.

Selling direct to end‑users.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven success in B2B or B2C technical product sales, preferably laboratory equipment or related sectors.

Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Self‑motivated with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other corporate productivity platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Ability to travel overnight 25‑35%
