Responsibilities

Follow all production and effort-based guidelines while delivering superior customer service and upholding HGV values. Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, able to work independently and with key partners across the organization. Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Navigate essential programs including Salesforce, Chorus, E-Worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook. Work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Possess sales experience. Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence). Reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).

Technology Requirements

This is a Technology Sales Executive role; candidates must be proficient with technology and comfortable in a virtual, performance-driven environment. Our team uses Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and proprietary programs. Candidates must be able to: Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions. Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background. Be on camera during training and live presentations. Understand that visual and audio interactions may be recorded as part of onboarding and training.
