Responsibilities
Team members follow all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
Have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Possess sales experience.
Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA).
Technology Requirements This is not a traditional Sales Executive position—this is a Technology Sales Executive role. All candidates must be proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment.
Our team utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and various proprietary programs. Candidates must be able to:
Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions.
Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background.
Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations.
Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of our onboarding and training process.
