Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays Possess sales experience and hold an active Real Estate License Qualifications
