We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Energy Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, providing information to potential customers, and closing sales to help homeowners and businesses transition to renewable energy. You will educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings associated with installing solar panels. Duties and Responsibilities: Prospect new sales leads through face-to-face and door-to-door interactions. Meet with prospective clients to close deals by presenting tailored solar products. Replicate successful sales strategies to ensure a consistent client experience. Ensure positive interactions with all clients and prospects. Complete assigned tasks from leadership and meet sales targets. Maintain daily reports and use designated applications for management. Present products professionally and explain services clearly. Generate and follow up on leads using company tools and resources. Overcome objections and challenges to close sales. Follow up on sales pipeline and opportunities. Develop additional revenue through networking and referrals. Assist homeowners in qualifying and transitioning to solar energy. Schedule free solar consultations for interested homeowners. Represent Sol-Up with professionalism, integrity, and passion. Follow safety, quality, and workplace standards diligently. Report unsafe conditions and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Job Qualifications: 2-3 years of proven sales experience with a record of achieving targets. Ability to obtain or hold a California Home Improvement Sales License. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and discipline. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Proficiency with sales software and tools. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and legal work authorization in the U.S. Physical Requirements: Lift or carry up to 30 pounds as needed. Access all work areas physically and safely. Estimated $120,000 gross annual earnings with 48 transactions/year. Independent contractor (1099). Schedule: Full-time, with consistent responsibilities based on business needs.
