In-person, NYC-based role (expected 4-5 days/week in-office) Year 1 OTE $175K-$200K $800K annual quota with potential to significantly exceed (top performers can double this) Quick sales cycle: 7–14 days Expansion opportunities into global markets Day-to-Day Responsibilities
100% new business focus — drive pipeline, run demos, and close deals Manage SMB/mid-market accounts with light ongoing relationship touches Collaborate with founder + sales lead to lay the foundation of SuiteOp’s sales org Minimal admin — customer success handled by a separate team Ideal Background
2+ years of SaaS sales experience (BDR → AE progression acceptable) Proven quota attainment ($1M+ annually) with
metrics on resume required Tenure: 2+ years at prior companies (no job hoppers) Short-term rental / property management experience is a plus, not required Comfortable self-sourcing deals; thrives in hunter roles NYC-based talent strongly preferred We’re looking for someone who
loves the chase, thrives in quick sales cycles, and wants the chance to fast-track into sales leadership
