We’re representing a fast-growing Series A healthtech company that’s using AI to transform how 250,000+ healthcare providers deliver care across the U.S. Backed by top venture capital firms and led by an executive team with multiple SaaS wins under their belt, this company is scaling rapidly — and they’re looking for three Mid-Market Account Executives to help lead the charge.
This team is hitting numbers, growing revenue, and closing strategic mid-market deals every week. The tech is sticky. The buyers are clinical leaders who need this solution. What You’ll Do
Own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closed-won Run 5 to 10 high-impact discovery calls and demos each week Sell directly to Directors of Clinical Compliance and similar stakeholders Close $50K–100K ACV deals and convert pilot programs into long-term partnerships Keep a sharp, well-managed pipeline and forecast with discipline Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Sales, who has scaled world-class SaaS teams at breakout companies Champion customer feedback to improve product and go-to-market strategy What Makes You a Fit
3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience (startup experience a plus) Track record of exceeding quota and consistently closing net-new business Experience navigating mid-market deals (3–6+ month sales cycles) Strong sales fundamentals and comfort with frameworks like Challenger or MEDDIC High-slope trajectory: internal promotions, fast learner, goal-oriented mindset Based in NYC or open to working 4 days/week in office with a collaborative sales team Hungry, humble, sharp — and ready to raise the bar Why You’ll Love This Role
