Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Learning & Development (L&D) professional to join the Select team to drive and support the learning and development needs of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) employees. This position plays a critical role in helping our new M&A partners transition into Gallagher in a way that minimizes disruption and supports the servicing of their clients. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to manage this change so it creates optimism, reduces uncertainty, and drives engagement and retention of our M&A employees, having a direct impact on the branch service team’s ability to execute and implement client account team activities aligned with the vision of continuously improving the client experience through operational effectiveness and efficiency, delivered by an engaged team where high performers thrive.
How You\'ll Make An Impact
Deliver training to M&A employees in a classroom and/or a webinar setting to support onboarding, new training, and reinforcement.
Research and resolve routine issues that surface as part of the development lifecycle process and implementation of learning.
Work closely with Learning and Development team in integrating and aligning new content into the M&A experience.
Support the data needed to report on learning metrics, including learning dashboards for HR and business unit leadership.
Manage logistics related to marketing, delivery and follow-up of training and development programs and courses.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ related experience - OR related work experience.
Overnight and/or day travel may be required up to 50% of the time.
Skills for Success
Proficient (advanced preferred) with Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and SharePoint.
Solid planning, organizing and project management skills.
Prior success delivering learning solutions including training and coaching across within the organization (e.g. front line staff, leaders, sales, service, etc.).
Prior success developing learning solutions on technical skills, process and systems, and soft skills.
Demonstrated acumen with all key processes and systems expected of CSMs (e.g. Epic, DMS, billing, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates at all levels.
Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
Works well in a fast paced, changing environment.
Independently manages multiple projects in different stages of completion for self and others.
Proven business and financial acumen.
Excellent presence and ability to build and sustain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Compensation And Benefits The base pay range is provided by Gallagher and reflects the anticipated low end to high end for this position. The actual compensation will be based on your skills and experience and may be influenced by factors such as market, location, and scope of responsibilities.
