Overview

Territory Manager/Outside Sales Representative for Backyard Products. The role represents three high-end product lines in assigned territories, generating large sales and overseeing residential and commercial construction projects. This is a true Territory Manager role, not just a sales position, with a territory in the Greater Cincinnati area. Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Grow sales volume in the assigned territory with a target of $750K - $1Million in installed unit sales. Maintain displays at multiple retail locations. Manage incoming warm leads generated through various channels. Process project documents and payments for individual sales in the $10k - $300K range. Travel to appointments with partners and clients throughout the territory. Consult with clients virtually and in person to design and bid custom ADUs and outdoor structures. Network with local sub-contractors to bid sitework. Obtain detailed construction plans and building permits with the assistance of a professional design team. Maintain relationships with big box retailers through product knowledge training and partnership meetings. Perform weekly minor display maintenance at retail locations throughout the territory. Manage multiple projects at various stages of the sales process each week. Provide professional customer service and collaborate with multiple teams and parties. Eligibility Requirements

Required to obtain and carry a badge after passing a background check. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Professional disposition and appearance. Strong work ethic, highly organized, self-motivated, sales oriented. Willingness to drive long distances daily/weekly. Occasional overnight hotel stays for remote territory management. General computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CRM experience). Professional verbal and written communication skills. Basic construction knowledge. Preferred Experience

Residential or commercial outside sales. Construction, landscaping, or real estate. Project management and/or territory management. Architecture, engineering, construction or CAD drawing. Logistics and route management. Big-box retail vendor relations. Job Type

Full-time, remote/work from home Compensation

Base salary plus commission – paid bi-weekly. Base $45K-$50K plus 3% commission on all sales. Total expected income of $70K-$90K annually. No cap on commission potential. Bonus opportunities Periodic sales contests Benefits
