The Opportunity This is not your typical desk job. As a
Sales Canvasser , you’ll be on the front lines in neighborhoods impacted by storms—talking to homeowners, assessing potential damage, and generating leads for our sales team.
Storms are seasonal and unpredictable in Florida, but when they hit, the earning potential is strong for those who are motivated and willing to put in the work. Many of our top team members started in this role and have moved into permanent sales or project management positions.
What You’ll Do:
Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods after weather events
Engage with homeowners and property managers to identify potential roofing and exterior damage
Educate residents about our services and how we can assist with repairs and insurance claims
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Track leads and follow up as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Motivated, outgoing, and not afraid to knock on doors
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours during storm season (including evenings and weekends)
Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
