About The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, particularly Service Cloud and Field Service, and a proven track record of driving technical delivery within agile teams. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring alignment between strategy, solution design, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Business Product Owner to define the product vision, roadmap, and technical priorities for Salesforce initiatives.

Own backlog management, feature prioritization, and technical user story refinement for Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service enhancements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with Salesforce best practices.

Drive end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.

Act as the technical SME on Salesforce CRM capabilities, integrations, and platform limitations.

Ensure value realization of delivered features through continuous feedback, adoption tracking, and optimization.

Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across product squads.

Requirements

8–10+ years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce CRM.

Strong hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service modules.

Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Salesforce Solution Lead.

Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical deliverables.

Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and security best practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, or Field Service Consultant) preferred.
