As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact—building relationships, driving sales growth, and representing a company known for its stability and strong industry reputation. Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative (“ISR”) is responsible for all sales efforts with an assigned number of agents now designated in Sugar. The ISR will offer basic training on FPI web interface and transactions for servicing policies. The ISR will also complete quote data for agents willing to move books of business and fill in for SDM’s while they are not working. Essential Functions: Perform the sales function for an assignment of agents within the state Assist with proactive sales campaigns assigned monthly by SDM’s Provide concierge service for new business issues to specific high-performance agencies Assist in making calls to agents when new market opportunities arise in order to increase quoting activity and applications Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: 4-40 agents license or equivalent High school diploma, or equivalent Agency experience, especially as it relates to working with FL competitors Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills required Self-motivated; detail oriented with the good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years’ experience in Florida homeowner’s industry About the company
