Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive

Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions . The Outside Sales Account Executive builds new relationships, sustains and enhances existing ones, and drives high client satisfaction within the wholesale lending channel. Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute a sales strategy to meet established goals in the assigned territory. Secure new relationships and maintain current relationships with licensed mortgage brokers. Solicit, build, and maintain broker and mortgage banker relationships. Establish new business, develop current business relationships, and ensure brokers’ satisfaction. Regularly secure new client relationships and guide clients through the approval process. Promote the features and benefits of establishing and maintaining a relationship with the company. Travel to customers’ business locations regularly to review wholesale mortgage needs, resolve issues, and promote new products. Communicate with accounts daily. Maintain a database of contacts for weekly email campaigns. Market Angel Oak products and programs to the mortgage and real estate community. Educate and guide brokers through the loan submission to closing process. Train mortgage broker and banker partners on submission and fulfillment processes. Communicate policies and procedures to ensure files are complete and within guidelines. Set expectations for submission, underwriting, locks, closing, and funding. Serve as liaison between brokers and the operations team. Provide ongoing service support to mortgage brokers. Assist in resolving questions, issues, objections, and educate on the escalation process. Interact with loan fulfillment centers as necessary to ensure desired production results or proper customer service. Qualifications
Minimum: 2 years of sales and business development experience, with at least 1 year in the mortgage industry. Outstanding communication skills with external clients and internal teams. Solid negotiation skills. Ability to provide innovative solutions and adapt approach to the client. Excellent systems skills and working knowledge of MS Office products. Preferred
Wholesale business development experience is preferred but not required. Existing broker relationships. Important Notes
