System Administrator
who can thrive in a client-facing role, balancing strong technical know-how with excellent communication. This position is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of IT support experience who’s comfortable wearing many hats—troubleshooting desktops, maintaining servers, configuring networks, and guiding clients through both routine fixes and escalated issues. If you enjoy solving problems quickly, staying ahead of new technologies, and building relationships with business users, this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do
Deliver hands-on support for PCs, servers, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks Configure, maintain, and monitor Windows Servers (2016, 2019, 2022) including Terminal Services Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Office apps with a focus on email and collaboration tools Troubleshoot IP networking, LAN switch stacks, WLAN access points, VPNs, and gateways Administer backup and recovery solutions such as Symantec Backup Exec and StorageCraft Provide responsive, courteous client service and keep documentation current Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth handoffs and knowledge sharing What You Bring
3–5 years of IT support experience, ideally in a managed services or multi-client environment Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Solid networking skills (IP addressing, routing, firewalls, VPNs, wireless protocols) Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions Clear and professional communication with both technical and non-technical users A customer-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annual Partial WFH 401(k) with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance coverage Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for continued learning and growth Employment details
