MRB Engineer

Join our team as an MRB Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in supporting multi-platform aircraft programs and resolving non-conformances.

What You’ll Do:

Design and approve structural repairs for aircraft and components

Perform stress analyses (static, fatigue, damage tolerance) to justify repairs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions

Ensure compliance with certification and regulatory standards (FAR, EASA, FAA)

Document engineering analyses and support production teams

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

5+ years of MRB stamping authority on

Boeing platforms (737, 777, 787 required)

Experience with airframe structures , metallic/composite components, and DTA tools

Proficiency in CATIA V5, MS Office, and MRB software

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
