Position Schedule Full-Time
Base Pay Range $21.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Job Overview As a vital member of the Client Support Team, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) provides seamless administrative support to financial advisors and their clients. The BOA is the first voice a client hears and the first face they see, creating a positive client experience and helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
Process account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
Prepare documentation, maintain accurate client records, and support marketing initiatives.
Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
Utilize technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
Qualifications
Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Conversational Skills, Digital Tool Utilization, Team Collaboration.
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
Ability to work independently under the direction of the financial advisor.
