Duties:

Represent clients in Superior Court during motions and final trials Manage family law cases from intake to resolution Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and final orders Communicate with clients regarding case strategy and updates Analyze case facts to develop and execute legal strategies Maintain organized and up-to-date client files Supervise and coordinate with assigned paralegals and legal staff Promote positive client experiences that lead to referrals and reviews Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a family law attorney in Georgia (or minimum 1 year as an attorney with 5+ years of prior paralegal experience) Proven litigation experience in divorce and child custody matters Strong understanding of Georgia family law, legal procedures, and court systems Familiarity with metro Atlanta family law judges and local court processes Track record of managing cases independently from start to finish Commitment to meeting deadlines and reducing client and staff stress through proactive case management Alignment with high-functioning team environments and firm systems Willingness to litigate when necessary and advocate aggressively for client interests Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications:

Active license to practice law in Georgia No disciplinary history with the Georgia Bar Skills:
