Conduct legal research using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
Assist with case management and preparation for litigation
Review and analyze legal documents and evidence
Represent clients in court proceedings
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Attend meetings and consultations with clients
Skills
Ability to litigate cases effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to negotiate favorable outcomes for clients
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
