Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone - the first face they see when they walk in the door. You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems - you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Learn and understand the financial services industry including account opening, handling account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan. Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm‑provided software. Qualifications

Hiring Minimum: $26.10 Hiring Maximum: $27.74 Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $27.00/hr Variables: bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance. Location & Schedule
