The IT Manager leads both an internal team of IT professionals and an external group of consultants that operate as subject matter experts in certain areas of MFCP’s tech stack to support a network of 600+ users and 60+ locations. This position is critical for the daily operations of the company and will report directly to the Executive VP of Operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the timely upgrade and continued reliability of the network and server infrastructure of the company. In addition, strict adherence and advancement of the company’s security position as it relates to computer systems, electronic data, and applications is critical. Furthermore, this position is expected to help drive the leverage and integration of advancing technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and VR concepts throughout the organization. Responsibilities
Supervising daily operations monitoring the health of network and server infrastructure IT Team leadership and development (internal & external partners) Ability to provide guidance and influence MFCP’s strategy to leverage new technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, etc.) Aligning IT Infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals to ensure scalability Managing IT budgets and developing group forecasts Evaluating risk, developing network protection and recovery and backup processes to ensure a best-in-class cyber security position Assessing and purchasing new hardware and software to ensure reliability and integrity of the network Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively Implementing security of the network and data and effective storage and communication systems and strategies Actively seek out and suggest ideas for change that will enhance departmental and/or company effectiveness and profitability with an emphasis on an enterprise-wide approach Proven ability to leverage and manage 3rd party partners to ensure timely and effective completion of projects SQL Experience VMWare Experience Must be a Microsoft Evangelist and an Azure Advocate Basic Tech Stack Environment

Degree in Information Technology preferred or 6+ years of relevant experience in the IT field Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Excellent computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook); with a willingness to learn new software programs. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus Must be over the age of 21, as driving is required. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines Physical Demands And Work Environment
Work is generally completed in an office environment.
