Participate in the full software development life cycle, taking on various roles within Agile scrum teams
Support requirements testing, ensuring minimal production defects and analyzing results for customer impact
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
Document and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology or Healthcare
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively juggle competing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
Six Sigma certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
