Leasing Consultant

Job Title: Leasing Consultant Salary: $20 per hour Avenue5 Residential is seeking a talented Leasing Consultant to coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to focus on the needs of others, and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy Ensure excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, and lease apartments Maintain accurate records and inspect apartments prior to move-ins Follow up with prospective residents and convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient prospective residents to the property Maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports Requirements: High school diploma required Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred Previous residential leasing experience preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Benefits: Physical wellness: Medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage options Financial wellness: Competitive pay, basic life insurance, and matching 401K contributions Mental and emotional wellness: Generous time-off plan, including 10 paid holidays and community service day Perks and more: Mentoring, professional development, discounts, tuition reimbursement, and robust recognition program Avenue5 Residential is a fast-growing property management company with a focus on people and partnerships.
