2025-108177## ## **Current Saint Francis Colleagues - Please click to login and apply.****JOB SUMMARY**Provides primary care to patients following established standards and practices in collaboration with physician in the clinic.**JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS**Cape Neurology Specialists is seeking to recruit a full-time Nurse Practitioner!**Position Details:*** Join a group of 4 Outpatient Neurologists, 2 Neuro-Hospitalists, and 3 Nurse Practitioners* Outpatient clinic schedule is M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm; average patients in clinic are 13-15 per day* Inpatient rounding during the clinic workday, around outpatient clinic scheduled* Participate in on-call requirement shared with other NPs in the group, covering a total of 6 weeks per calendar year**Benefits:*** MGMA base salary plus Productivity/Quality Incentive Bonuses!* $1,500 CME allowance per fiscal year* 403b retirement plan* Health/Dental/Vision Insurance* Paid Malpractice with Tail coverage**Education:**Graduate from accredited school of nursing and successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner Program**Certification & Licensures:*** Current license as a Registered Nurse and an Advanced Practice Nurse by the State of Missouri* BLS Certification**Experience:*** Three years' experience as a family nurse practitioner, preferred* Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to maintain a safe working environment* Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff and the public* Ability to maintain quality control standards and maintain calm and effective reactions during emergency situations* Ability to communicate clearly, as well as understanding and responding to detailed oral and written instructions* Ability to learn and efficiency utilize diagnostic equipment, electronic systems for ordering, medical records and other common computer programs**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**Saint Francis Healthcare System provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetics.
