Cayuga Christian Church is located in rural West Central Indiana. We are a Christ-centered, Bible-believing community focused on discipleship, worship, spiritual growth, and outreach. Our average weekly attendance is around 130 and includes a multigenerational congregation with strong youth and children's ministries. We currently have a full-time Youth Minister and a part-time Children's Minister on staff, and we are excited to welcome a new Preaching Minister to serve alongside them as we serve our community and church family. Cayuga Christian Church is prayerfully seeking a full-time Preaching Minister who is passionate about Jesus, committed to sound biblical teaching, and ready to serve in a small-town church with a big heart for the Gospel.Job SummaryThe ideal candidate should be faithful, teachable, and passionate about sharing the Gospel. They should be a servant-leader who shepherds the Cayuga Christian congregation and actively engages with the local community. The candidate is responsible for equipping God’s people to do His work and empowering them to be active participants in extending our church to the community. The Preaching Minister will work together as part of a team with the ministry staff. This position reports to the Elder Board.
