Senior Fund Accountant - Real Estate, Private Equity
A leading real estate private equity firm is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its fund accounting team in West Palm Beach. This role is responsible for the daily accounting of multiple real estate private equity funds, investor reporting, and compliance. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment and enjoys working independently with attention to detail. This opportunity will offer up to $115,000 on a base + bonus and excellent benefits. 4 days/week onsite. Responsibilities
Review daily bank activity, reconcile cash, and monitor loan compliance Manage quarterly closes, prepare journal entries, financials, investor letters, and distribution/capital call notices Calculate management fees, preferred returns, and waterfalls Maintain investor database and support audits Assist with ad hoc analysis, projects, and system implementations Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance CPA required 3–6 years public/private accounting experience (real estate or private equity preferred) Strong understanding of Fair Value GAAP accounting & reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus Interested and qualified candidates should reach out directly to Kelly Hanlon at khanlon@daleyaa.com
