Enter supplier invoices in the ERP sub-ledger and process AP/AR related transactions Review supplier invoices to ensure appropriate supporting documentation and minimize transaction-level errors Generate customer invoices using various processes, including custom billing systems and Excel Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls Support data requests for internal and external audits as needed What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant related work experience 1–2 years of previous AR or AP experience in a high-volume environment Demonstrated history of leveraging core financial systems (ERP, HFM, BI, Excel, etc.) for transactional processing Strong attention to detail with a focus on transaction processing Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
