We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable PCB Soldering Technician to join our team and support the assembly and repair of electronic components. Key Responsibilities
Perform hand soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) Inspect and repair solder joints to ensure product quality and reliability Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions Operate soldering and desoldering equipment, including hot air tools and soldering irons Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and subassemblies Maintain clean and organized workstations and comply with safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols Report any issues with components or soldering processes to the supervisor Work collaboratively with the production and quality control teams Requirements
Prior experience with PCB hand soldering (SMT and through-hole) Ability to identify electronic components and read circuit board layouts Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 certification is a plus) Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods Basic computer literacy and ability to follow digital instructions High school diploma or technical certification in electronics or related field preferred Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly Experience with rework and repair of PCBs Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Seniority level
