Assembly Test Technician

Your Tasks: The Assembly Test Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting the processes used to assemble a sophisticated medical disposable device. Additionally, the Technician will also be responsible for the MRP systems used to plan and inventory components used in the assembly process as well as maintain cleanroom manufacturing practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support all tasks and functions required in producing interposer to chip assemblies. Perform incoming raw material inspection and maintain inventory levels of all production parts. Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for ICA production including cleanroom accessories. Provide reports of chip inspection quality and document failure modes. Assist in development of tools and fixtures for optimizing ICA production. Requirements: AA degree in electronics and 1 to 3 years of experience in electronic assembly; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have prior experience in mechanical, electrical, and optical assembly. Must have solid communications skills and the ability to interact with design and manufacturing engineers on a daily basis. Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook necessary and required. This job is performed in a temperature-controlled facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in a manufacturing environment. The anticipated base salary range has been established at $39,748 -$54,642/year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
