What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for onboarding and continuous learning
Design and develop training content in collaboration with subject matter experts
Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
Identify knowledge gaps and learning needs by partnering with managers and team members
Manage multiple learning initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with departmental goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of experience in enablement, training, or sales/business operations roles
Demonstrated skills in leading engaging live or virtual learning experiences
Proficiency in Salesforce; understanding of the overall sales technology ecosystem preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Salesforce/CPQ experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Training facilitation skills certification such as ATD Master Trainer or similar
Experience in a technical writing and/or instructional design role
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
