What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design and develop sales training strategies across various learning formats, including eLearning and live workshops

Partner with Sales Enablement Leadership to build curriculum aligned with corporate priorities

Continuously improve learning strategies to enhance content development and delivery

Champion and embed the employer's cultural principles as the company scales

Deliver interactive experiences that enhance learner engagement and product understanding

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-3 years of experience in enablement resource creation and eLearning content development

2-3 years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and managing content libraries

Proven experience working with sales and go-to-market stakeholders to align on key metrics and program goals

Track record of delivering engaging educational curriculum that guides learners effectively

Experience implementing modern learning theories and leveraging AI and automation technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Direct experience with SFDC, Gong, Lessonly, and Showpad

Multi-lingual abilities, particularly in creating and translating content in English, French, and Spanish
