What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide support to the Sales teams with a high attention to detail

Research, analyze, and document findings to optimize the sales enablement program

Organize training for new product, tool, and process launches

Build and maintain solid partnerships with internal clients to facilitate strategic communications

Document and archive product, process, and partner-related information for the Sales team's reference

What is Required (Qualifications)

Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision

Advanced knowledge of applicable work area

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong knowledge in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office

Strong time management and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in developing and executing sales enablement programs

Familiarity with innovative partner communication training techniques

Background in training and onboarding processes for sales teams

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
