1+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment Strong knowledge and experience in seafood cuisine, with a passion for creating high-quality dishes Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time-management skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage the team Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy kitchen, with strong attention to detail Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen at our restaurant Benefits For Confirmed Staff:
