Description We are seeking a motivated and friendly Office Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a warm demeanor, ensuring that every visitor and phone call receives a professional and positive impression. As the Office Receptionist, you will manage the front desk operations, engage with clients, and provide vital administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is organized and welcoming at all times.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff members as needed.
Maintain a log of visitors and manage visitor access in compliance with safety protocols.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to customer service.
