Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities Perform general office duties including answering phones and managing correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly labeled and archived. Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in databases. Prepare and distribute internal and external communications as required. Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure the office is well-stocked. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent experience; further education in office management is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners. Benefits
