Regal . Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability as variable hourly employees. Primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Concession Stand or as an Usher. Team members must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

For each position include, but are not limited to, the following: Box Office in Concessions stand Operating POS system and responsible for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, traveler’s checks, gift cards, and redeemed tickets, passes and coupons Upselling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX, SX and 4DX) Promoting the Regal Crown Club program Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy Responding to guest questions by phone or in person in a manner consistent with our guest service philosophy Concession Operating POS system with cash drawer, card payments, traveler's checks, gift cards, coupons, and managing concession stock inventory Promoting the Regal Crown Club program Operating, preparing and cleaning concession-related equipment Upselling/suggestive selling Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws Abiding by federal and state break and/or meal period laws Ensuring required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable If duties include selling/serving alcohol, be of legal age according to state/local laws Reading and understanding training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination Usher Tearing tickets, collecting deposits, and directing patrons to their auditoriums Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable Managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating Enforcing MPAA rating system Conducting in-theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, prevent theft, and maintain a safe environment Reporting problems or unusual situations to management In-theatre concession auxiliary sales as directed by management Cleaning auditoriums after shows and maintaining restrooms, lobby, and hallways Monitoring cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned by management Pay Scale

$17.50 Benefits

Benefits include free movie passes and discounted concessions at Regal locations. All team members are eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan, with company match, once they reach age 21 and have completed six months of service. Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required. If the theatre sells alcohol, complete any legally required state/local training and obtain the required certificate. Also complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University. Language Ability

Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly. Math Ability

Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors. Reasoning Ability

Identify problems, gather relevant data, evaluate information, consider alternatives, and take action under pressure. Personal Skills

Excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management. Ability to set goals, manage time, and prioritize tasks. Physical Demands

While performing duties, employees may stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, and communicate. They may climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and may lift up to 60 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Seniority level
