Plan and organize wine-related events, tastings, and promotions to boost brand reputation and revenue.

Monitor and control costs, manage departmental budgets, and ensure profitability.

Supervise, evaluate, and provide feedback on staff performance to maintain service quality.

Continuously expand personal wine knowledge and stay current with global industry trends.

Achieve department sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.

Qualifications

Sommelier diploma or certificate.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sommelier role.
