New York, NY (Hybrid) We are seeking a resourceful and highly detail-oriented professional to provide critical coordination and operational support to a fast-paced investment-focused team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of client interactions, internal workflows, and team logistics. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and scheduling experience within financial services and is confident managing multiple moving parts in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Organize and coordinate high-volume meeting schedules involving external executives, institutional contacts, and internal colleagues across various time zones. Maintain and regularly update internal systems, contact databases, and workflow trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility of key information. Support preparation and distribution of meeting materials, including agendas, summaries, and post-meeting follow-ups. Manage calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and process team expenses in a timely manner. Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, handling communications professionally and efficiently. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination, executive support, or research administration role within a financial, advisory, or professional services setting. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance shifting priorities and deadlines across multiple stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities; demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and initiative. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or workflow management tools a plus. A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving orientation. Bachelor’s degree required. Qualifications 4x in office 100% paid M/D/V fitness stipend
