Food and Beverage Manager
to join our growing hospitality team! If you think you are ready for the exciting world of hospitality then Northwest x Southern Hospitality is for you! Summary of position: This position is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits. This Position is to provide the highest quality foods appropriate to the market by ensuring that all areas of kitchen operation and supervision of staff meet Hotel standards of quality. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years' experience and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Prior hotel or hospitality experience required. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits, and industry discounts. Potential for promotional opportunities to other NSH properties including Marriott, IHG & Hilton brands.
