Greet, welcome and direct guests; provide administrative support to location. Responsibilities
Greet, welcome and direct guests; provide administrative support to location. Answer telephone and route calls to appropriate person/department. Receive and sort mail, package deliveries, filing, etc. Greet and direct vendors to appropriate person/department. Answer/forward guest requests, complaints or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Assist other office staff during periods of absence and down time. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Assist in annual event planning. Qualifications
Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training preferred. Successful track record of prioritizing and multitasking; and thriving in a fast paced environment. Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization. Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands
