Overview

Groundskeeper - Doral View at RangeWater Real Estate. This role focuses on maintaining the exterior appearance of the community, grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, with minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager. Responsibilities

Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste; ensure common areas, offices, and amenities are neat and free of litter. Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready; manage dumpster/storage areas. Complete service requests as assigned and distribute notices/communications to residents as needed. Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors for residents, team members, and guests. Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and respond to maintenance-related concerns with residents face-to-face. Adhere to safety and risk-management policies; participate in safety meetings and complete required safety training (OSHA and related laws); promptly report accidents and incidents. Other duties as assigned. Work Hours and Environment

Schedule: 40 hours per week; may begin up to two hours before leasing office opens. Typical site hours vary by location: Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm Saturday: 10am – 5pm Sunday: 1pm – 5pm Essential Requirements

Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and perform essential job functions unaccompanied. Work inside and outside, exposed to outside elements; conditions may be unpleasant or hazardous. Ability to work in a stressful environment and collaborate effectively with coworkers and residents. Qualifications Summary

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Experience in property management and customer service preferred to manage day-to-day grounds operations. Computer Skills: Rudimentary knowledge to access company software and perform standard repetitive tasks. Licenses and Certifications: Current valid driver’s license. Certifications: None. Physical Requirements: Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance; frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, and squatting. Travel: Routine local travel may be required for business-related errands, meetings, and training. Benefits
