About the Role: As a Strategic Account Manager, you will drive strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value clients, build trusted relationships, understand evolving client needs, and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that create measurable business impact. This role suits a customer-centric commercial leader with a passion for complex problem-solving, value-based selling, and long-term partnerships. It requires motivation, energy, and demonstrable experience in high-value solution sales in an international, complex environment. Key Responsibilities

Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 6 strategic accounts, ensuring deep understanding of client business drivers and industry context. Account Planning: Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with revenue, retention, and expansion goals. Growth & Retention: Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, reduce churn, ensure high customer satisfaction, and exceed financial and broader business objectives within the Enterprise portfolio. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure seamless service delivery; work with the sales team to differentiate ICIS through commercial excellence and market share growth. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to inform strategy and mitigate risk. Value Identification & Delivery: Quantify and communicate the impact of solutions using insights, dashboards, and executive-level storytelling. Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Qualifications

5+ years of Enterprise sales experience; experience in Chemicals and Energy markets is a differentiator. Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing revenue; accountable for sales results. Curious, willing to ask questions, and able to challenge the status quo to improve customer outcomes. Passionate about delivering world-class customer experience. Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, organizational, forecasting, and negotiating skills. High energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and desire to positively impact the business. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments. Flexible and adaptable to meet changing market needs and decision makers in a fast-changing environment. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
