What You’ll Do
Source and secure truckload capacity through existing and new carrier relationships.
Negotiate rates and build long-term partnerships with carriers.
Book and manage shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring top-tier service.
Track loads and communicate updates proactively to internal teams.
Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Vet and onboard new carriers in compliance with company standards.
Manage carrier performance, resolve issues, and drive accountability.
Collaborate daily with sales and account teams to ensure successful freight execution.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in carrier sales, dispatch, or logistics operations (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
