Your Mission
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering products and services that meet customer needs while achieving ambitious business targets. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and identify new growth opportunities across Germany.
Responsibilities
Support of existing customers, preparation of offers, sales negotiations
Promotion of marketing campaigns, participation in trade fairs, customer events
Develop and implement a robust sales strategy focused on volume, pricing, and customer
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Support specialty product development through market studies, events, and customer insights
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience—from logistics to finance
Work from Home-Office
Qualifications
6+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural sector
Strong understanding of customer conversion processes and marketing principles
Fluent in German and English
Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
Commercially savvy, customer-oriented, and influential communicator
