Overview Perricone Farms, a leading citrus juice supplier based in Newport, California, is seeking a results‑driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Midwest region. As one of the nation’s largest suppliers of premium craft citrus juice, Perricone Farms is actively expanding its presence in the foodservice sector, produce distribution channels, and regional chain accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Perricone Farms and Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Co. within the assigned territory, focusing on foodservice operators, produce distributors, and regional chain accounts.
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to exceed revenue goals and increase market share within key non‑retail channels.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with foodservice distributors, broadliners, produce houses, and key operator accounts.
Lead and support a team of 4–5 sales reps to achieve territory goals and profitability targets.
Conduct impactful sales presentations, product trainings, and business reviews with key customers and distributor partners.
Identify new business opportunities across restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, institutional, and convenience food channels.
Work collaboratively with accounts receivable to resolve customer billing issues and ensure timely payment.
Use CRM tools to track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth areas and strategically expand white space.
Partner with marketing, operations, and production teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Represent Perricone Farms at trade shows, regional foodservice events, distributor meetings, and customer presentations.
Monitor and report on competitive activity, customer needs, and industry trends to inform company strategy.
Qualifications
Location: Based in the Midwest territory (Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and parts of Michigan).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of sales experience in the beverage, CPG, or food & beverage industry with a strong emphasis on foodservice, produce distribution, or regional chain account management.
At least 2 years in a territory or regional sales management role focused on non‑retail channels.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing key foodservice or distributor accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong relationship‑building skills with foodservice operators, distributor partners, and chain account buyers.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
Work ethic: Highly self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
