It is a well-established, nationwide brand committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. Currently, Club Pilates operates in 36 states and 2 countries, with class formats designed for a wide range of clients, from young to senior and beginner to advanced. The studio was among the first to create a 500-hour Teacher Training Program for safe and thorough group Pilates instruction.

Position: The Sales Representative assists the General Manager in acquiring new memberships by generating leads, booking demo classes, and supporting member retention. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system
Capacity to stand or sit for up to 8 hours daily
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient computer skills
Occasional travel may be required
Responsibilities:
Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding client needs
Maintain personal sales goals
Promote the club’s fitness and wellness objectives
Present services to current and prospective members
Schedule appointments to meet sales quotas
Participate in community events like health fairs and grand openings
Develop selling skills continually
Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive base salary based on experience
Commission on sales
