Position: The Sales Representative assists the General Manager in driving new membership sales by recruiting new members and booking demo classes. The role also involves retaining current members. Prior Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training

Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system

Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient computer skills

Occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities:

Execute the sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing

Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual needs

Maintain personal sales targets

Promote the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider

Present services to current and prospective members

Book quality appointments to meet sales quotas

Participate in events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community activities

Develop selling skills continuously

Perform other duties as assigned
